Configuring prioritization settings
Prioritization settings control how priority scores are calculated, displayed, and shared with customers.
Accessing prioritization settings
Go to Company Settings and find the Prioritization section to configure all scoring options.
Display options
Show priority score: Display scores on boards and roadmaps
Normalize priority scores: Scale all scores to 0-100 for easier comparison
Make priority scores public: Show scores to customers on public boards
Choose how scores appear: numeric only, quadrant label only, or both.
Configuring factors
Define the factors that contribute to priority scores, such as:
Benefits: Customer impact, revenue potential, strategic alignment
Costs: Development time, technical complexity, maintenance burden
For each factor, set:
Type: Checkbox, Fibonacci scale, 0-5 scale, or custom values
Weight: Percentage from 0-100% (default 50%)
Start with 2-3 factors (one benefit, one cost) and adjust weights based on what matters most to your product strategy. Too many factors make scoring tedious without improving decisions.
