Setting up Integrately automations
Connect Integrately to automate Frill workflows with one-click templates and custom automations. Trigger actions based on idea events and connect to thousands of apps.
You'll need admin permissions in Frill and an Integrately account. Frill is available on Integrately for all plans.
Connect Integrately
Go to Settings > Integrations in your Frill dashboard
Find Integrately and copy your webhook key
In Integrately, create a new automation and select Frill as the trigger app
When prompted, paste your Frill webhook key to authenticate
Choose your trigger event and configure action steps
How it works
Integrately uses webhooks to trigger automations when events occur in Frill. You can connect idea creation, updates, approvals, votes, and status changes to actions in other apps.
One-click templates
Integrately offers pre-built automation templates for common Frill workflows. Browse templates to quickly set up integrations like posting new ideas to communication tools, adding high-priority ideas to task managers, or sending notifications when statuses change.
Keep your Integrately webhook key private. If it's compromised, you can regenerate it from the Frill integrations page.
