Setting up Pabbly automations
Connect Pabbly Connect to automate Frill workflows with over 2,000 apps. Trigger actions based on idea events and build custom integrations without code.
You'll need admin permissions in Frill and a Pabbly Connect account. Frill is available on Pabbly for all plans.
Connect Pabbly
Go to Settings > Integrations in your Frill dashboard
Find Pabbly and copy your webhook key
In Pabbly Connect, create a new workflow and add Frill as a trigger app
When prompted, paste your Frill webhook key to authenticate
Configure your trigger and action steps
How it works
Pabbly uses webhooks to trigger workflows when events occur in Frill. You can connect idea creation, updates, approvals, votes, and status changes to actions in thousands of other apps.
Example automations
Send new ideas to Google Sheets, create tasks in Monday.com when ideas reach a certain vote threshold, or notify your team in Microsoft Teams when idea statuses change.
Keep your Pabbly webhook key private. If it's compromised, you can regenerate it from the Frill integrations page.
