Searching and filtering ideas

Users can search and filter your Ideas Board to find specific ideas or browse by category. This helps prevent duplicate submissions and makes it easier to find relevant feedback.

Searching for ideas

Use the search box at the top of the Ideas Board to search by keyword. The search looks through idea titles and descriptions, showing matching results as you type.

Filtering options

Users can filter ideas by:

• Status — Show only ideas in specific stages like "Planned" or "Completed"

• Topic — View ideas from a single topic area

• Sort order — Trending, most votes, newest, or other sorting options

Combine filters to narrow results further, like viewing all "Planned" ideas in a specific topic.

Sorting ideas

The board offers several sort options:

• Trending — Ideas gaining votes and activity recently

• Top — Most voted ideas overall

• New — Recently submitted ideas
