Connecting Slack to Frill
Connect Slack to automatically post idea notifications to a channel. Your team stays updated on new feedback without leaving Slack.
You'll need admin permissions in Frill and the ability to add apps to your Slack workspace.
Connect Slack
Go to Settings > Company > Integrations in your Frill dashboard
Find Slack and click Connect Slack
Authorize Frill to access your Slack workspace
Select the channel where you want idea notifications posted
Click Save
Test the connection
Click Send Test to post a sample notification to your selected channel. If the test succeeds, your integration is ready.
Send ideas to Slack
Once connected, you can manually send ideas from the idea page. Click the Integrations section and select Send to Slack. The idea title, description, and link to Frill will be posted to your configured channel.
Change the notification channel anytime from the Slack integration settings page.
