Managing your notification preferences
Control which email notifications you receive from Frill by managing your notification preferences. You can toggle specific notifications per company or disable all notifications globally.
All emails can be edited or turned on/off in your settings here.
Access your notification settings
Navigate to your Settings and select Notifications. You'll see expandable cards for each company you're part of.
Toggle specific notifications
Click on a company card to expand it and view all available notification types. Toggle individual notifications on or off:
Weekly Digest
When someone votes on your idea
When someone comments on your idea
When someone mentions you in a comment
When an idea's status changes
When an idea's wording changes
And more
Changes save instantly—no need to click a save button.
Disable all notifications
Use the master toggle at the top of each company card to quickly disable all notifications for that company. Alternatively, use the global "Disable all notifications" option to stop all emails from Frill across every company.
The global disable affects all companies. You won't receive any emails from Frill until you re-enable notifications.
Announcement subscriptions
Announcement email subscriptions are managed separately. To subscribe to product announcements, you'll need to confirm your email address through a separate flow.
