White labeling your Frill workspace
Remove Frill branding from your public pages and emails to create a fully branded customer experience. White labeling requires the White Label add-on ($100/month) or a Growth or Enterprise plan.
What white labeling includes
When you enable white labeling, you can:
Hide the "Powered by Frill.co" banner from public pages
Use custom domains for your workspace
Send emails from your own domain
Add a custom favicon
Customize site navigation
Remove Frill branding from email templates
Hiding login and signup pages requires the Privacy add-on, which is separate from White Label.
Enable white labeling
Go to Settings > White Label (click your profile avatar in the top-right)
Toggle Hide 'Powered by Frill.co' banner
If you don't have the White Label add-on or a qualifying plan, you'll see an upgrade banner. Click it to add White Label to your subscription.
Complete your white label setup
For a fully branded experience, also configure:
Custom domain — Host your workspace at your own URL
Custom email domain — Send notifications from your domain
Logo and theme — Match your brand colors and identity
Email branding — Customize email templates and footers
All white label features work together to make your Frill workspace appear as a native part of your product.
