Your Frill dashboard is mission control for managing feedback, roadmaps, announcements, and surveys. Everything you need to engage with customers lives here.

Main navigation

The left sidebar organizes your workspace into key sections:

• Ideas – View, approve, and manage customer feedback across all boards

• Roadmap – Plan and publish what you're building

• Announcements – Create and schedule product updates

• Surveys – Build and analyze NPS, CSAT, and custom surveys

• Widgets – Create and customize embeddable widgets for your site

• Inbox – Manage pending ideas, comments, mentions, and user requests

• Activity – See recent actions across your workspace

• Team – Invite and manage team members

• Settings – Configure branding, integrations, billing, and advanced options

The Inbox

Your Inbox is where you'll spend most of your time. It's divided into tabs:

• Ideas – New submissions waiting for approval

• Comments – Recent comments on ideas and announcements

• Mentions – When someone tags you in a discussion

• Users – New users requesting access to private boards

Quick actions

Most pages include quick actions at the top—like creating a new idea, announcement, or widget—so you can add content without navigating menus.
