Sorting ideas by popularity and priority

Sort ideas to surface the most popular requests or highest-priority items based on your configured scoring factors.

Sorting by votes

Use the Sort dropdown on any board, roadmap, or widget and choose:

• Most votes: Ideas with the highest vote counts first

• Least votes: Ideas with the lowest vote counts first

This shows you what customers are asking for most frequently.

Sorting by priority score

Choose from the Sort dropdown:

• Highest priority: Ideas with the highest priority scores first

• Lowest priority: Ideas with the lowest priority scores first

Priority sorting only works if you've configured priority score factors and assigned values to ideas.

Other sort options

• Latest: Newest ideas first

• Trending: Ideas gaining momentum recently

• Comments: Most discussed ideas first
