Voting on behalf of customers
Admins and moderators can add votes on behalf of customers who submitted feedback through support tickets, sales calls, or other channels outside Frill.
How to add a vote for someone
Open the idea you want to vote on
Click "Add a voter" on the idea card
Select the user from the dropdown menu
The vote is added immediately and the user will appear in the voter list.
Removing votes on behalf
Click "Add a voter" again and deselect the user to remove their vote. You can also click "Undo" in the green confirmation toast immediately after adding a vote.
Only users who are followers of your company appear in the voter dropdown. If you can't find someone, check they've been added to your account first.
