Understanding NPS scores
For NPS surveys, your score is calculated as:
% Promoters (9-10) - % Detractors (0-6) = NPS Score
Scores range from -100 to +100. A positive score indicates more promoters than detractors.
Understanding CSAT scores
For CSAT surveys, your score is the average rating across all responses. For example, if using a 5-star scale, the average might be 4.2/5.
Response data may be exportable or accessible via integrations like Zapier. Check your plan features or contact support for advanced reporting options.
If you're not seeing any responses, verify that the Frill Script is installed correctly on your site. See Installing the Frill Script and Troubleshooting the Frill Script for help.
