Understanding the ideas inbox

The Ideas Inbox is your central hub for managing new submissions, comments, mentions, and user activity. It helps you stay on top of feedback without missing important updates.

Accessing the inbox

Go to Dashboard → Inbox to view your Ideas Inbox. A notification badge shows the count of pending items that need your attention.

Inbox tabs

The inbox is organized into tabs:

• Ideas — Pending ideas awaiting approval (when approval is enabled)

• Comments — New comments on ideas you're following

• Mentions — Places where your team has been mentioned

• Users — New user registrations and activity

Managing pending ideas

The Ideas tab shows all submissions waiting for approval. Click an idea to review details, then approve or reject it directly from the inbox view.

The notification badge clears once you've taken action on pending items.

Filtering and sorting

Use the filters within each tab to narrow down activity by date, status, or other criteria. This helps you prioritize what needs immediate attention.
